Jitterbugs has a long and successful history of synchronised skating in WA. We encourage fun, team spirit and personal growth in the sport of synchronised skating. We believe that participating in sport is a healthy part of physical and mental life. Success is not just measured by medals or awards (although these are important), but by the growth and achievements of each individual within the Jitterbugs team.
Jitterbugs Synchro Ice Skating Club Inc is volunteer run. A management committee oversees the organising of team events; fundraising; and promoting Synchro to the community. The goal of Jitterbugs is to offer skills development and competition programs. Jitterbugs is proud to represent Western Australia at the annual Australian National Championships. Our skaters can go on to Junior and Senior levels and compete internationally.
Jitterbugs is proud to be a part of WAISA Inc and enjoys skating on the state of the art rink at Cockburn Ice Arena (more at their website).
